I’m Starleetah Gaddis-Parker, CMP—a certified event architect and strategist, chameleon, foodie, daydreamer, music lover, and self-proclaimed chef. I created this space as a personal blog and passion project to explore mindset, workplace dynamics, and the real meaning of self-care.

For over 15 years, I’ve led with heart in the world of event strategy—designing intentional experiences that connect, inspire, and elevate others. While I’ve always tapped into my creative passions behind the scenes, this platform allows me to bring them forward—to share stories through pictures, videos, and blog posts that reflect the beautiful, messy, realness of life, Creatively S.H.E. gives me a space to reflect more personally—through words, pictures, and videos that tell stories many of us carry but rarely share out loud.
